Inside the Sunstar Suspension Lab

Every Sunstar off-road chassis is matched with a custom tuned suspension package. We prototype the geometry in-house, then run rigs across a brutal shaker bench that simulates 100,000 km of corrugations.

Telemetry data feeds back into the suspension hub, letting us refine shock rates and rebound control for different ATM classes. The 2025 setup reduces vibration transfer to the living cabin by up to 22% compared to previous models.
